Mastering the Present Moment

Revelations today: we become our true self when we are fully present and grounded in the now. Identifying with the mind by worrying about the events of past can lead into depression and too much worry about the future creates anxiety in the mind and body, when we are fully present and in full acceptance and surrender of the NOW we are not identitified with mind patterns, indoctrination and programs running around in our head which is always either doing one or more of the flowing over thinking, judging, labelling, interpreting, worrying making assumptions or creating fearful thoughts based on past experiences and associations. We get lost in thought and mind takes over our being. You may go through life totally unconscious of being so identified with your mind you lose yourself in the world, we begin to wake up when something suddenly occurs to break us free from past and future and become fully present in our hearts this could occur any moment for example sometimes in the most random events awakening can happen such as watching a movie that captures your full attention your so engrossed in the movie you have temporarily forgotten all your problems and future anxieties or to do list ;-) ur present. You go into a trance type state where your in the Now, you attain this state being when in nature for period time grounding at beach attention outside of yourself just observing the different forms the trees flowers stones sand people smell the air touch the water and sand with your feet you go from thinking to observing to feeling to pure awareness and being. Being in the now. This is a great form of meditation your out of your mind as such ;-) but you feel at peace and in the now when we reach this state of being and peace you are essentially your true God self and the light of the world. In this state of being theres no past future just now and present moment no depression no anxiety no fear just peace and your connected back to your true self and essence. There however is a time and place for cleaning up the past through therapy and tools to help release the past griefs, traumatic events etc and to balance our perceptions so we can free up space in our mind which is essential and work on fears of future usually created from our resisitance to change and percieving we will experience more pains than pleasures in the future. or other things that often take up time and space in peoples minds are usually to do with relationships of some sort either distortion perceptions infatuations, resentments that create imbalances in the brain until they are resolved and balanced back to love and people are nor on a pedestal or pit but in your heart, Other ways we can reach the present moment is through other forms of traditional meditiation yoga, music, driving, proper breathing and many other ways, because we live in a fast past world it not always easy nor realistic to expect yourself to be always present and in the now 24 hours a day we need to be in the world but not neccessarily of the world, thinking has its place and we we live in alignment with whats most important to us and our true nature and purpose out career path etc may require a lot mind and thinking and thats cool because if it is your path and you love to do it your inspired and your actually activating the more angelic nature of your brain anyway where you embrace both pain and pleasure in pursuit of your purpose in this state you almost create similar experience as you do from meditation because when your inspired by what you do your heart is more open you are activating higher states consciousness. So both stillness and action in alignment with your values and purpose can be a recipe for self mastery and evolving. Julia xo

Specific Goal Setting

When your setting you Goals its important to be very specific! The first question to ask is.

1. What is it you really want?
2: When do you want to achieve it?
3. Then most people just go to action to achieve their goals, without always enjoying the process along the way, and when things get hard they tend either 1. give up on their goals and put them off for another time, or 2. They get the goal, then they don't feel any more fulfilled, but why?
...
There is a vital step in goal setting that a lot of people miss out and that is after you have discovered what Goal you want for example: To go on holiday overseas for a few weeks! Then it's key to ask yourself what is the RESULT you are after from achieving the goal of going on holiday overseas for a few weeks? What RESULT are you after?
Once you stack up the Results you are after for example could be: I will get to visit a part of the world I have never been before and that will be exciting, I will be able to experience new adventures and activities, I will be able to go shopping at the factory outlets which really excites me, I will be able to do some great outdoor activities, etc etc: The longer the list the better :-)
You need to really know your outcome and Result your after for wanting to achieve the goals you set yourself and know the end result you will achieve for achieving your goal, this will keep you motivated and inspired to work towards your goal and not give up when things get challenging and at the same time enjoy the results from achieving the goals you set yourself :)

What area of your life would you like to create more positive changes in?

as you go through life and as you continue to keep increasing your consciousness and expand your awareness, you will start to see how your internal map of reality is shaping the world you live in. There will be areas in your life that are working fairy well, perhaps very well, and if you look at other areas of your life you will see it is either what you might choose to label quite shit! lol, usually where you put your most attention and whats important to you most at the unconscious level is where you excel in most, and where you don't put much attention is where the opposite is usually occuring, not really rocket science just your blue print - and in NLP they call your internal map of reality based on your unconscious programming of beliefs, habits, paradyms, values, strategies etc.
You will also find that there is huge resistance in you to the areas that you havn't invested much attention towards, and no or very little resistance to what you love doing the most, sometimes when people say they want to create some sort of change in their life, sometimes it can create a bit of chaos before clarity because the unconscious mind doesn't like change, it likes repetition and likes doing the same thing over and over, hence why you seem a lot of people do the same things over and over week by week year by year, if they don't become consciously aware of their blueprint, they can also create the same challenges, issues, illnesses over and over again until they get the lesson and change the program.

We think we need to keep clearing the past, and doing lots of inner work, but sometimes the key is to focus on building the new or we will forever find something that we think needs clearing, which is not necessarily the case, there's a time and place for that as sometimes you have to go back a little to move forward to see where this pattern originated, then clear the charge of past events that creating the same trigger, this can be good in post traumatic stress and other issues, but there also a time to plant new seeds and start putting our attention on to what we want, instead of what we don't want. People start putting their attention on what they don't want when they hit this resistance, fear, all their unconscious programming comes up to sometimes feels like it haunts them, thats when other tools are helpful to work through this resistance to find out whats going on, someone who has had a lot of trauma in their life from various of events do this a lot because the unconscious mind is always trying to preserve the body and keep it safe, so when something triggers a certain memory in someone that is linked to a past event where there was a lot of trauma and fear of death, or really bad experience and the brain has associated danger and negative associations with that event, the same feelings and memories can reoccur everytime someone is reminded them of that trigger or something that might link up to the same sort of scenario, and this safety issue comes up where they don't feel safe so helping someone to feel safe again is the approach and various tools and re-patterning is essential.

Consciousness is very interesting and many different aspects and layers to look at, its not a straight forward one answer approach, every individual can be very unique because everyone has a different view of reality based on their programming from a early age, and therfor filter the world completely differently to another person depending on their upbringing, and many aspects. My point from this message actually was about expanding ones awareness to the degree that you become aware of your internal map of reality , your programming, and whether or not its serves you in a positive way, one way to check is to look at the results your getting in each area of your life, are the results your getting what you truly desire?
"insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result"
sometimes we need to address and look at one area at a time perhaps and look at what results your getting, if your not getting the results you are after in that particular area, to go back and look at your beliefs, your habits, your strategies and how to do things a bit differently that might start to produce the result you are after, sometimes its trial and error, so don't get up set if you try something and it backfires or doesn't work, its all about finding what works what doesn't :-) and sometimes repetition is needed to form a new habit,

What is a fulfilling life?

Observations from life - By Julia Huzziff 
I am a bit of an observer at times in life over the years, observing the difference between people who live a more fulfilling and balanced life overall compared to those who seem to feel less fulfilled and happy in life what is the difference? 
I think I have noticed that the people who are more fulfilled emotionally, physicality spiritually have certain things in common from those who don't, not to say its all black and white and only this viewpoint as their is many fascets of this world and reality and ones life journey and individual journey of the soul, but here is just a few observations and traits I have noticed from a more down to earth viewpoint.
1. The people who seem to be most fulfilled in life they seem to have a purpose in life, they love what they do, and do what they love, they feel in alignment with their career and what they are here to contribute to the world.
2. They have stability and security and safety in their home life and enironment which is a big one, as the home is a place of rest, relaxation, and ones sanctuary.
3. They are with the right life partner - not someone who is perfect but who is perfect for them, and is based on unconditionally love and acceptance, they have found their soul partner, not some fantasy person, but a soul life partner, I think this is important one because if someone is not really with the right person for them emotionally physically spiritually it can dramatically take a toll on the overall life fulfilment, and other areas of their life start to go out of balance as well, hence its important to not settle for just anyone that comes along, but someone with a similar vibrational frequency match, and understanding of one another, based on unconditional love which can be the greatest healer for many of us, you will be amazed what you can do in life when you feel loved for exactly who you are, and offer the same love to someone else, you grow as a team embracing both support and challenge and working together as a team knowing you will have good days and bad days but their to balance each other out and grow together, I have seen couples who have the right life partner seem to flourish in their career and other areas of their life there is like a glow, energy and charisma about them, because life isn't about doing it all on your own but sharing the journey and experience with someone who is on the similar wave lengnth. & comparing this to couples who are not really the right match, yes they might be successful in their business or other areas of their life, but still not fulfilled to the same degree and effects their overall quality of life and wellbeing.
4. They have a good support group of friends and family, or even be part of a community group whether it is a spiritual group, religious group or anything where they feel a sense of connection with others on similar journey as them, or just supportive of their journey where they can talk, share with one another.
5. A feeling of growth and expansion - we all have the need to feel like we are evolving in some way and growing as a person, whether that is making improvements on our health and fitness, or just expanding our awareness, or knowledge or even just stretching our comfort zone. Have you ever noticed that when you do the same thing over and over every day each week it gets like ground hog day? and people start to become a bit restless? 
many people fear change and like to be in our comfort zones but at the same time have a sense of wanting to stretch past their comfort zones to try and experience new things, and often when they shake things up in their life a little it gives them a greater sense of expansion, and fulfilment because sometimes the things you fear doing, but also really want to do, and when you decide to push past that fear and do it anyway, it gives one a whole new sense of inspiration and enthusiasm in some ways, pushing past their fears and boundaries. "The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek" I believe universe is always there to not keep us too comfortable but to gently nudge us to step out of our comfort zones little by little, because it knows that is where the greatest expansion in life can come from.
we can go into a lot of new age beliefs and viewpoints, or we can simply look at it in a practical viewpoint of human behaviour and patterns in people, in some ways everyone is the same we all have the same human needs as each other, we just all meet these needs in our own unique way, depending on our blueprint, and internal map of reality based on our life up to now. When certain human needs are not met, it can dramatically effect ones overall quality of life, these are just a few of the main points, there are many others, but just touching on a few today.

WHO WERE YOU BEFORE THE WORLD TOLD YOU?
when you were a kid you just played and did whatever you felt like, and sometimes as you were playing you would fall over stub your toes,it would hurt, you would have a cry then get back up and start playing again like nothing happened, you didn't analyse why you fell over, you just did and that was it, and got up carry on singing, laughing, playing, as we get older we lose this inner child way of doing life, and we forget how to play, life starts to get serious, we fall over it hurts and it takes longer for us to get back up again, why does this happen? because somewhere along the way of life we start to inject a number of belief systems, habits, indoctrination from religious beliefs of even spiritual beliefs, or just from our family, friends and environment, even tv programs anything we that we allowed to influence us in life, and we start to form associations to things and label things good or bad, right or wrong, and our mind starts to interpret and analyse everything, we start to form our internal map of reality based on all our programming which consists of our beliefs, habits, strategies, behaviours and how we see the world, often there is alot of unresourceful programming that has been created over the years, which starts to create alsorts of problems, but what if we took alway all the indoctrination? all the labels? all the interpretations of what you perceive is good or bad? of what you were told life is? what if everything was just as it is, no right or wrong just neutral? as nothing has meaning until we give it a meaning, as a kid you didn't think all the time and give meaning to every situation and event that took place, you just did whatever you felt like in the moment, you did things that you enjoyed and felt good to you and what naturally flowed, and often or not everything went pretty smoothly, and even when you fell down at times you got back up pretty quick because you wanted to continue to play and have fun. What if it was just that simple, to be childlike without being childish, to play, have fun, to do things that made you feel good and when you fall down, you just stopped for a moment, perhaps have a cry, then start playing again.

WHY SOMETIMES YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS AND NEW YEAR GOALS NEVER WORK AND HOW YOU CAN CHANGE THAT AROUND 

This morning I went on my first walk for the New Year  why not on a Sunday, no time like the present. Often on my walks I gain a lot of insights about life and learnings I have done in the past, helps me process the thoughts and ideas in my head ;-) Today I was thinking about why some people get so excited about the new year they plan to make some big positive changes with lots of goals and their can be a lot of enthusiasm and fresh inspiration happening which is great! But then something happens.........2 weeks down the track, maybe sooner or maybe a bit longer all depends - something happens - actually a few different possibilities can happen so see if you can relate to one of them... 1. One possible thing that can happen is you set yourself some very high expectations, goals, and big dreams and at the time writing them sounded amazing and exciting but then as you get going in your year you realise you have no strategy plan of how to create those goals and dreams! if you have no strategy sometimes you can feel totally overwhelmed and give up before you even start this is especially true for the more bigger goals, or possible challenge 2: you create all your goals - but your values aren't truly in alignment with the goals you set, they are goals you think you want, but do you actually really truly want them? This is why I recommend having your values illicitated and yes I coach people on electing their values just saying ;-)

or 3. You have set ways too many goals in all different areas of your life thinking your going to change many areas of your life at once - Then as you get going you realise just how hard that can be, not know where to start and feel confused and overloaded! Because the unconscious mind has its already set of habits, strategies, beliefs, values, programs, ways of doing things in it's current map of the world, it has been programmed to do what you have currently been doing for so long now, that when you go and try to change your internal map of reality whether that be changing habits, strategies, values, or just doing things completely different new way than you have been in the past - what can happen is resistance and overwhelm can take place! Because even though your changing areas of your life is for the better and your highest good, your unconscious still asscociates the old paradigm, the old way of doing things with SAFETY! thats right it thinks the old way is safest because it is what its been programmed to do up till now and the unconscious mind doesnt like change very much  ;-)  hence this is when resistance and fear often comes in and often overwhelm at times when your trying to make new positive changes in your life and reprogramming your unconscious mind and why after a while people just go back to their old programming doing their old behaviours, habits, strategies etc because it is familiar and the unconscious mind likes familiar! it is a funny thing the unconscious mind but once you know how it works it helps making change easier.
 
Therefore- When it comes back to Goal Setting and to move past the resistance and old programming, I really feel its important to make one small change at a time, or focus on perhaps just 1 or 2 main things you would like to focus on and change in your life to start with, instead of 10,20,30 different goals, just focus on a couple, this will create less overwhelm giving the mind less sensory input and information to process at once so the mind can handle the new changes with less resistance to creating the new, and when you are clear on for example 2 of your main goals, then stick to those ones until you have accomplished them, before moving on to other ones, this will increase the chances of actually achieving your goals provided they are somewhat realistic to you and something you feel you can actually accomplish, hence it might be a good idea to make it a goal within reach of say 12 weeks, so it is not stretched out to far and gives you something to focus on fully and stay enthusiastic about

Nothing is random

Nothing you go through in life is actually random! or a coincidence after studying many modalities up to now I can start to see a higher intelligence behind it all :-), it is quite amazing really and bit WOW where you can start to see how every is linked to everything, the things you go through in life are not random you were meant to go through them, the health and life challenges you may experience are not random, they were part of your path and what you had to experience and learn from, the people that come into your life is not a coincidence you were meant to meet them, some people come into your life for a reason, a season and the special souls who are meant to stay in your life will stay for the lifetime :-)
you may like to think you are in full control of your life but if thats the case where does that leave room for God to come in to guide you to your greater purpose and plan for your life? 
I feel everything in life you go through, and experience has purpose behind it and there is a greater story that is continuously unfolds like a riddle where one day you will look back when you leave this life and see how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to make one big beautiful artwork of what is called your life :-) and you may just realise what you planned and thought you wanted for your life and where you end up is actually not exactly what you thought but perhaps exactly what you were here to truly be and experience :-)

Relationships - Are you projecting your values on to one another?

projecting your values onto others destroys relationships when you expect them to live outside what is truly important to them, People want to be loved for who they are and their highest values and if you cant love people for that then relationships seem to crumble,
Taking time to sit down and discover what is truly important to others builds up relationships because you can understand what truly inspires them and love them for who they are and what they bring to the relationship because people are their true selves when they are doing whats truly important to them and they become inauthentic and scattered and frustrated when they live according to injected values of what their partner or friends or family or others want them to do, and eventually will get frustrated with themselves because their soul is constantly trying to pull them back to whats truly important to them and staying true to themselves and their soul, we are not here to be what other people want us to be we are here to be true selves. xo

Having trouble manifesting your goals or wishes??? 

Ok as I do I ponder the mysteries of the universe from time to time :-) And from my research, own experience and observation I have become aware of several reasons why people don't manifest their dreams and goals and some tips and insights that may benefit you.

1. Most of us now who are on this personal development path have either watched or read the secret and was a big hype for many years that if we just focus on what we want we will manifest all the things we want into our lives as "where energy flows attention goes right? well there is truth in that, but let me ask you a question how has that process alone worked for you up till now??? 

Truth is there are vital ingredients that are left out of the secret and also I have found that every leader, book, workshop etc has truth to what they are saying but often they don't give you the full recipe! The recipe being each vital ingredient and the process from the start to the end result! 

In this post I am not going to tell you the full recipe as it will take too long and also my recipe is experiential therefor it is still in the development process, as I don't necessarily have all the answers either but like everyone else I am open to learning, experimenting, exploring, being curious and discovering what doesn't work, and what does work. 

A few ingrdients I will share today to help you on your path are the following:

1. Sometimes what you say you want and what you actually want are out of alignment, therefor your going to have trouble manifesting because it is something that is not truly important to you on a unconscious level, there are other things that are more important. Therfor the key is to really discover what it is you would LOVE!!! to manifest! is it a 10 out of 10 in how achieivng that goal would make you feel??? or is it just a 3 or 4 for example? when you set a goal check in with your bodys signals, and ask yourself how does this feel? If it feels in alignment you will really get inspired and energized about wanting to achieve that goal? If you don't then drop that goal as it is just going to frustrate you, because your setting goals that are 1. not your goals and you have set goals based on other peoples expectations they have projected onto you, or 2. You just write goals based on your minds ideas and not really getting in touch with your heart and soul when you sit and write out your goals, be ok with taking time out to really sit still be present, relaxed and away from any outside influences or distractions and ask yourself this question: What is it my soul really wants to have or experience next? what is truly important to me in this stage of my life? Getting real and honest with ourselves is the 1st step and in deep alignment with our souls desires not just our ego desires, sure a nice car or materialistic things are nice to have and not saying you cant make those as goals aswell, but often enough it is not the materialistic goals that brings fulfilment alone as there is usually and underlying need or feeling that having those things gives you, so if you dig a bit deeper start to get in touch with what it is that you truly you desire that will bring soulful heart felt fulfilment to you? what is it?

2.) The next step after you have discovered what it is you want to manifest and it feels in true alignment with your mind heart and soul where there is no doubt but pure alignment, the next step is to take action - whether it is small action each day towards that goal, action is vital, as you can't just sit around and hope for the Gods to give you everything you wish for, you have to take action even 1% action everyday towards what you desire will make a rapid difference and being consistent is key, and as you do your part in the process you also allow room for the universe to help you and bring into alignment your goals and soulful desires. 

3.) In the bible in Mark chapter 11:24 this pretty much sums up what the secret is about,
"I tell you, you can ask for anything, and if you believe that you've received it, it will be yours" Even God said this in the bible, the key word here after you have asked for what you want is the BELIEVE! Believing you are worthy of having whatever you ask for and it is truly in alignment with yourself and is for the greater good there is no reason why it won't be yours, many people get stuck at this point because their limiting beliefs or programmed beliefs of doubt and insecurity pop up and on a unconscious level don't feel they can really achieve it, the thing is you can have anything you want once you give up the beliefs why you can't have it! So if you have any limiting beliefs that need reavaluating and changing to more empowering beliefs that more in alignment with what you want will help with the manifestation process.

4.) Patience!!!! As human being we want everything right now and on our doorstep delivered overnight, the thing is sometimes it's Gods timing and not always our own, I believe there is a balance between doing our part in the process, which is setting your intention, your goals are in alignment, clearing out any blocks that are preventing the flow of your goals coming to you, and then handing the rest over to God/the universe to also do their part, and in my experience timing is everything and patience is a fruit of the spirit, so exercising patience is vital part of the process, because sometimes getting everything you want when you want it can have consequences if there are other factors that need to be taking into consideration or dealt with first. 

5.) Enjoy your life as it is now, full complete acceptance of where you are right now is vital! Being in the NOW and living your life as best as you can, rather than only being happy when you achieve your goals, this is not the case, you have to feel good now, even if the circumstances are not 100% and not what you truly want, fighting that is only going to make it worse as what you resist persists. So full acceptance of being fine with how life is now is going to relax you as a person, knowing on a deeper level you are exactly where you need to be in this very moment for your evolution, and once you accept that, then from that place it is easier to move forward and take action towards your new hearts desires. 

6.) Last step for now - Stay true to yourself! always let your heart and soul be your guide, love yourself for who you are and look after yourself, we are multi dimensional beings therfor staying in balance and harmony takes daily effort to keep in balance the mind body and spiritual aspects of ourselves,
and at times we need to not try so hard or push too hard but take time to just relax and enjoy the process of life and let it unfold, as the more you are in the flow and feeling good energetically physically and emotionally the easier it is that other areas of your life can begin to flow and you will find that more synchronicities begin to happen and more miraculous manifestation of what you want happens when your in this flow rather than pushing against the flow. Remember Balance is key! and at times we need help and assistance from others to help shift some unconscious blocks that are preventing us from moving forward in life whether it is energetic blocks, physical or emotional or all 3, and realize it is ok to ask for guidance and help and you don't have to do this journey alone, and if you look around you, you have all the people and resources you need in your life already smile emoticonwhether that be myself as a coach, or someone else let your intuition be your guide :-)xxx

Feeling stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed?

Sometimes we go through patches in life where we may feel stuck in life, perhaps frustrated or feel something is missing or just too much going on at once and be overwhelming, and this is not necessarily a bad thing to experience as everyone goes through different seasons and periods in our lifes and not just talking about monthly periods ;-) but sometimes what we think is important to us and what we actually are doing in our day to day lives is not in alignment with each other creating a conflict between the conscious and unconscious mind and anytime there is a conflict the unconscious mind will win because it runs the body. When life feels overwhelming or at times perhaps chaotic this can be a good sign in the bigger picture of evolutionary growth as it brings unconscious patterns to your conscious attention areas in your life that you have perhaps been pushing aside and avoiding, but eventually if you don't do anything about it things become so intense and overwhelming that 2 things start to occur first one is

1. You can avoid feeling and experiencing the creation you are in and go back unconscious again by suppressing your feelings and the stuff that has come up to your awareness for a reason to help you, instead if you choose to supress it back down into unconsciousness and let it run out old coping mechanisms which can range from 100s different one's which could be: drinking or smoking to cover up feeling or dealing with anything, distracting yourself , excess talking, excess exercise, sexual activity to try get rid of the energy coming in, or could be controlling or blaming others reacting automatically, or 100s of other ways we can go unconscious to avoid feeling and experiencing what comes up for us, this way can create perhaps some temporary relief but doesn't change the behaviour or unconscious patterns and will keep happening over and over again as you havnt made any per many changes.

Option 2.

The old system (your internal map of reality) begins to fall away creating room for a new system ( a new resouceful internal map of reality) this phase your unconscious programs that have been running your life are no longer serving you in a resourceful way and brings to your conscious attention so strongly it is almost impossible to not notice how you have been creating this through faulty unresourceful belief systems that we have picked up from our upbringing, environment etc, also becoming aware of unproductive habits, thought patterns, strategies, values conflicts that Have been playing out, all this stuff comes to your conscious awareness, this is when real Change and growth occurs because with awareness creates change and we can then choose to believe something more helpful to give us a result do want and create new strategies, also a Chance to change our habits, and align ourselves with our true values of what is truly important to us, this is the exciting part as no longer the unconscious programs are running your life and you get to create a new way of being that is more resourceful and in alignment with your true hearts desires allowing you to create results that serve you more in your life . This phase can be most rewarding if you persavere and not allow yourself to go back into unconsciousness which can happen a lot of the time because old unconscious patterns get stirred up and brought to the surface because the old way of doing something even if it's not useful has been associated on a deeper level with safety so the old system tries to keep you in that old pattern because it thinks it is trying to keep you safe, this is when resistance can come In with change as it can feel uncomfortable to change what is familiar and what we are use to, but once we aware of this and how the unconscious mind works we can then associate the new beleifs, patterns, habits, behaviours, with safety as well and at times can be useful to have a coach to help you with this process so doesn't feel like your falling apart in the process but what actually happens is the old system falls apart and a new better version is created once we let go of the old and let go of the resistance.

They say in personal growth after chaos and confusion comes clarity and i feel this is true as we strip away layers that no longer serve us to make room for the new

I've worked with Julia for a few weeks now and she's been fantastic! I've been feeling so much better after my sessions with Julia and defiantly notice a difference within myself. She listens carefully to what I need help with and then she always makes sure she explains everything back to me in full detail and makes sure I completely understand what she is explaining.
